Requirements for Piercing Minors
Piercings for minors is preformed case-by-case; the minor must show that they understand the responsibilities and commitment associated with the receiving and care of a piercing, they also must ask for it themselves and cannot be coerced. If they decide at the time of the appointment they are not ready, we can reschedule for a later date, or the deposit will be returned.
We also ask that only ONE person accompany the minor due to the intimate nature of our shop and also anxiety tends to be heightened for the client with too many people around.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor for the entire procedure.

A government issued ID will be required from the parent or legal guardian as well as the birth certificate of the minor. If you are a legal guardian, please bring paperwork stating you have legal guardianship. (A school ID is not acceptable)

Any client 16+ must present their government issued ID or passport instead of the birth certificate, along with the license for parent or guardian.
Piercing Age Limits
Why do we have age limits for piercings?

* As a teenager your body is still growing. For example, due to growth, an industrial piercing given at age 14 will most likely migrate by age 21 into a position that is not representative of a good piercing. You will most likely have to remove the piercing or will be unhappy with it’s final placement.
* Certain piercings can take months to heal properly and you absolutely must follow the aftercare instructions without fail, including not touching or snagging or removing jewelry due to sports.

6 Years-15 Years: Ear lobes only

​ 16+ years: Ear lobes, Helix/Cartilage, Tragus, Conch, Navel, Nostril
​
18+ years: Ear lobes, Helix/Cartilage, Tragus, Conch, Navel, Nostril, Septum, Lip, Industrial, Daith, Rook, Nipples, Tongue, VCH/HCH
